In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason to alter or cancel events, itinerary or arrangements concerning particapation in the Talent Search, such alterations may be made by Treasure coast Performing Arts officals. I hereby release the directors, their agents, servants, employees of Treasure Coast Performing Arts and the premises upon which the event is being conducted from all claims for damages regaurding loss of property, accident or injury sustained during or in connection with the said event and from all claims and/or damages by reason of the action or inaction or decision of Treasure Coast Performing Arts. By Virtue of entering the Treasure Coast Performing Arts Talent Search, parents, gaurdians, and directors give their permission and consent to the directors of Treasure Coast Performing Arts to use their images, photographs and or appearances in vedio or television or any other electronic media for advertising, news coverage, publicity, or any other commercial use of our events.
