Proper Attire:  Students are required to wear proper attire to class including the appropriate dance shoe.  Dance supplies can be purchased at the studio for your convenience.

DRESS CODE

Registration:  At time of registration, a registration fee of $ 25.00 and first months tuition is due to reserve you space in the classes of your choice.

Sibling Discount: Receive a discounted registration price of $15.00 and a 10% discount on tuition.  The student with highest tuition rate pays the regular price and the discount is given to the student with the lesser rate.  Discounts are on registration and tuition only.  

Register a Friend:  Register a friend before November 1^st and receive a months tuition free of equal value.  

Non Refundable:  All registration fees, first month tuition and costume deposits are non refundable.

Tuition Options:  Tuition may be paid in two discounted semester payments or monthly installments.  Tuition remains the same regardless of absences, sicknesses, holidays and/or cancellations. No months are pro rated including the month of June.  Extra master make up classes have already been scheduled in May and our dress rehearsal which compensates for the remainder of June.  See Studio Calendar.

Discounted Semester Tuition: Receive a 10% discount on the year’s tuition by making two semester payments.  The first payment is due upon registration and the second payment by December 10^th.  

Monthly Tuition:  Is due the first lesson of each month and is payable by cash, check, Visa and or Master Card.  All Credit card payments will incur a 5% processing fee.

Late Fee:  There is a $ 10.00 late fee on tuition for payments made after the 8^th of the month.  A $ 35.00 fee charge for returned checks is applicable and must be replaced with cash.

Tuition period:  Tuition cost is based on a four week month. Treasure Coast Performing Arts does not charge extra for months with more than four weeks.  Tuition remains the same whether the month is long (5 weeks) or short (2 weeks), regardless of the absences, holidays, etc.  Students have the opportunity to make up lessons.

Absences:  Tuition is not pro rated for absences.  Parent is to notify office prior to absence and reschedule in another class as a make up within the same month.  The same applies to private lessons. Missed private lessons are to be made up in a group or semi private lesson.  Private lessons may be rescheduled as a private if significant notice is given to instructor.  Rescheduling of privates are also based on the discretion of instructor and time availability.

Check deadline:  Payments made by check will be accepted until May 7.  After that time cash & credit card payments will be accepted only.

Costume Deposits:  A costume deposit of $ 80.00 per costume is due by November 1^st.  Deposit is broken into two payments. The first payment is due no later than October 1^st .  Costumes are based on an $ 80.00 cost.  Some costumes may be slightly more or less.  Adult sizes may run more as well as more elaborate costumes for the company or advanced students.  Costume deposits are non refundable and orders cannot be canceled.

Students are liable for any balance due.  Any additional orders placed after December will have an additional shipping & handling fee.

Additional Cost:  Students will also be included in a production number in the show to give students additional stage time and production experience.  Students who do not already have a studio tee shirt will be required to purchase one for this performance.

Show Program/Student Yearbook:  Students will have the opportunity to be pictured in our program/yearbook by supporting our show and studio by selling advertisement space to community businesses or family well wishers.  Students will also be compensated with school spirit trophies and awards.  See Program/advertising sheets for more details.

Ticket Purchase:  Tickets will go on sale with reserved seating for annual year end production.  Special discounted ticket packages will also be available.  See Showtime information for more details. 

Summer Classes:  Registration for summer classes will begin in February.  Summer programs & registration vary in price from the regular season tuition.  See summer class info for more details.

New Season Registration: Early Registration for the 08-09 season will begin in March.  Register before April 30^th and receive 50% discount on registration.
